UK hallmark
Gold is stamped 375, 585 or 750. Platinum is 950, in line with the Hallmarking Act 1973. Diamond and coloured-stone lots are graded once and locked to the SKU, so restocks match the first shipment.

A wholesaler, not a shop.
Dia’story sells to jewellers, not to the public. We supply finished, hallmarked 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold and platinum jewellery into UK stockrooms — independents, multi-door groups, and accounts that need a spec they can reorder.
There is no showroom. Pieces go from the bench to your shop. Named accounts can also hold store-exclusive lines that no other counter can buy.
Store-exclusive lines
For a named shop we reserve a SKU, stamp your mark, and hold a colourway that is not sold to anyone else. Packaging can follow your spec. The line ships only into your stockroom.
Wholesale supply
Orders are packed for the counter, not for a visit. Samples go by courier. Repeat runs use the same SKU and hallmark without a new drawing.
Sourcing
Metal first, then the stone memo.
We buy 9ct, 14ct, 18ct gold and platinum in mill sheet, not scrap lots, so colour stays inside a set tolerance. Stones are purchased against a written memo — cut, colour, clarity band — and checked against that memo before they leave the setter.
Retail partners get the same memo with every invoice. If a restock fails the band, it does not ship.

Exclusive product, served to your counter.
If a line should not appear in the next shop on the high street, we cut it for you. Minimums apply. The SKU is reserved to your account and restocked on your call — never listed as open stock.
